A report into the ageing population of Scotland with a discussion of Scottish immigration policy. This report examines the impact that increased net migration would have on population decline and population ageing. A series of population projections covering the period 2001 to 2041 are performed, with assumptions being made about the number of net migrants and the age distribution of these migrants.
