Review of Scottish Registered Social Landlords 2006-2007
This review presents the results of analysis of the profile and performance of Scottish Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in the areas of activity covered by RSL's Annual Performance and Statistical Returns. The report provides an overview to describe the homes, organisations and people in the sector as well as an assessment of RSL's performance in managing empty properties, arrears and repairs. It considers trends over time and variations between RSLs when they are grouped by different characteristics. Comparisons with other sources of information also attempt to set the report in a wider context. Where appropriate, case studies highlight good practice or significant improvement. This report complements the annual review of Scottish RSL's financial and loan information entitled The Digest.
