As part of the development of the ?Speak up for Rural Scotland? report, the Rural Development Council Working Group requested a range of evidence to inform the development of the report. This paper summarises the programme and discusses issues raised at a public policy seminar sponsored by the Scottish Government and the ESRC and held in Perth on 25 March 2010.
