This study examined the opportunities to develop the social economy in Renfrewshire through public sector procurement. It included extensive research on specific opportunities across nine agencies and examined their processes, cultures, and willingness to engage with the sector. The study also involved research with a wide range of social economy (SE) organisations to investigate their aspirations and capacity to develop further income generation through public sector contracting.
