Boost Small Grants programme is for local community organisations across Scotland supporting children and families affected by poverty. The work you are doing might be about providing practical help, or organising activities and gatherings, or addressing another local need.This fund aims to:-Provide an accessible funding opportunity for small community led organisations.-Ensure supportive community led activities are available to children and families.You can apply for project and/or running costs.

Kingairloch is one of SSE's smaller hydro electric schemes. It provides grants to community and charitable projects in the Ardgour, Sunart and Morvern Community Council areas. The community fund can support projects which support charitable, educational and environmental purposes.

Funds local projects delivered for the benefit of single geographic communities in the Stirling Council area. Projects can include physical infrastructure and environmental improvements as well as activity promoting community spirit. Examples include; improvements to existing facilities such as structures, benches and fencing; sustainable floral displays; recycling facilities; spring cleans; activity that promotes your community or fosters community spirit.Projects must meet the Stirling Council priorities, a list of which can be found in the fund guidance notes.

The Leslie Sell Charitable Trust makes small grants to Groups to help with the cost of making repairs, purchasing sundry items of equipment, or trips in the UK or overseas.They like to receive details of the project which requires funding, for example small–scale building works, repairs, or alterations, replacement of camping or other equipment, replacement of minibuses, together with details of the costs involved, and sight of any quotation you may have.For group trips, they need details of the destination, the number and names, First and Surname, of the young people and leaders taking part and any planned activities, together with the costs involved and dates of travel.

Climate Emergency and Resilience Grants are available to community groups and organisations who need funding to pursue environmental, sustainability or climate change projects.The fund can be used for community projects which embrace the council’s climate change, sustainability, and climate adaptation objectives: - Improved air quality- Increased climate resilience- Improved resource efficiency -Increased active travel opportunities- Increased/enhanced urban greenspace- Improved outdoor access- Reduction in the reliance of fossil fuels- Improved energy efficiency- The use of renewable technology- Increased renewable energy generation- Reduction in waste- Supporting the circular economy- Adapting to climate change e.g. flood protection

The Trustees invite applications which widen engagement and involvement in Scouting and Guiding – in particular, the Trustees welcome applications that will encourage people to engage with scouting or guiding who have not previously done so.They also look for projects that will have a legacy beyond the initial expenditure of the grant e.g. through a focus and engagement in environmental projects or by encouraging engagement of people in such projects, some of whom may then remain involved in the long term.The Trust already gives hundreds of grants a year. The Peter Sell Annual Award will cover something different to the normal range of Grants made by The Leslie Sell Charitable Trust.

The Scottish Hydro Electric Community Trust is an independent charitable trust. The Trust offers help to customers faced with high charges for an electricity connection within the Scottish Hydro-Electric Distribution area. The Trust was established in 1998 with independent Trustees appointed to award grants to offset high connection costs in deserving individual domestic cases and for special community projects.
