The Royal Countryside Fund provides grants for projects from across the UK which are working to create resilient rural communities. This fund will support community-led projects that are pursuing innovative and strategic solutions to the challenges facing their rural area and improving the long-term viability and resilience of their community. Successful applicants will deliver projects along the themes of:• Keeping young people in the countryside• Powering up rural communities• Increasing environmental sustainability• Building emergency resilience in rural areasSuccessful projects will demonstrate how they are addressing one of more of the following objectives:• Working towards a long-term vision• Facilitating connectedness and collaboration • Demonstrating innovationThe fund has paused the current grant programme and won’t be accepting applications in the coming months. They are planning to launch a new, reshaped grant programme in the autumn.

The Vegware Community Fund gives monthly support to non-profit sustainability projects, with new recipients being added as Vegware grows. The Vegware Community Fund supports sustainability in its widest sense, including the built and natural environment, and community projects. The fund offers monthly grants or a regular donation of Vegware products. Grants are intended to cover core costs, which may include items like stationery, teas/coffees for volunteers, equipment hire, heating, web hosting, internet access and so on. It is their goal to provide a contribution to allow groups to engage in their chosen task, develop or expand existing projects, or provide a basis from which to apply for further project funding.

The purpose of the Fund is to support and encourage community-led, grassroots support for people with lived experience of dementia that helps them to live better in their community. The fund has the following aims:- Addressing gaps in mainstream support for people living with dementia and unpaid carers in their community- Enabling people with lived experience to take part in ordinary activities and stay connected to their community - Integrating approaches that will include and empower people living with dementia and unpaid carers- Support intergenerational activity, such as working with young carers/family members, or including young people in the community

Focus Foundation

They primarily support projects that fall under the themes below:- The charity or community group should primarily support one of three core pillars: Socially or Economically Disadvantaged Children, Mental Health or a Community Project.- Community Projects should be located in the same county as one of the Focus Group offices, the locations of which can be found on their website.- The charity or community group needs to have an annual income of less than £1m.- Have core running costs of less than 35% (this does not include professional costs).- The grant should be for a tangible project with clear and measurable benefits.

The Ian Findlay Path Fund (IFPF) supports the improvement of local path networks within and between communities, making it easier for people to choose to walk, wheel or cycle for everyday journeys.The fund supports projects that clearly demonstrate that they will make it easier for people to travel actively. They must also meet at least one other of the program outcomes. These are:- To improve accessibility of existing paths- To improve resilience of paths - To improve use of existing local path networks through development of new link paths- To improve safety and increase community confidence- To increase community of core path and local path networks
