The team do this by understanding the goals of every charity that they work with to help them modernise their organisation by harnessing the power of cloud, data, AI, security and collaboration tools.
After working with the sector for 30 years, they are aware of the challenges faced. For example, seeing charities tasked with supporting a more mobile workforce based on the latest solutions, but similarly being asked to work within shrinking budgets. The team can help identify how existing services could be streamlined to optimise performance and reduce costs. They can then design solutions using technologies such as Office 365 and Azure, assist in the migration from on-premise to these cloud platforms and provide ongoing support.
