Managing risks & problems

Every organisation has to think about potential risks and challenges. It's likely that there will be problems to think through and overcome. Depending on the size and structure of your organisation, policies and procedures may be developed by staff or by trustees, but trustees have ultimate responsibility. Your organisation should identify as many of these risks as possible, and make sure there are clear ways of controlling them. This guide talks you through some of the things you need to think about.
