Overview

There has been an increase in employment tribunal claims for whistleblowing – employees claiming they have been dismissed or treated unfavourably as a result of raising concerns in the workplace. 

Description

We are delighted that Morag Hutchison, Employment Partner at Burness Paull, will join us to provide an overview of the law on whistleblowing as well as sharing some recent cases and developments in this area. There will also be time for a Q&A at the end of the presentation.
