The aim of this half-day course is to address common challenges in running effective board meetings and offer tools and tips, as well as space to reflect on your charity’s strengths and weaknesses. It is designed to provide a confidential space to hear from other learners about their organisation's governance challenges and gather ideas through examples and peer led conversations.
