Overview

Charities often face challenges in accessing the right bank account to meet their needs and can encounter delays and administrative hurdles in opening and maintaining an account. Join Richard Hunt and Stuart Niven from CAF Bank to find out more about these issues and how charities can improve their own financial governance to ensure a productive relationship with their bank.

Overall aim

In this free lunchtime webinar we’d like to hear from you about the issues you face in accessing banking and we’ll explore the tools and practical support available. We’ll also look at:

  • How your charity’s legal status can impact the banking process
  • The importance of keeping bank mandates and signatories up to date
  • Dual authorisation
  • The ‘Know Your Customer’ process
Who was the event aimed at?

This webinar is aimed at trustees, senior staff and those who support charities
