Overview

This month, we will be discussing common cyber threats within the voluntary sector and what you can do, whatever your role or expertise to make things better. This session will provide valuable insights and practical tips to help enhance your organisation's cyber resilience, guided by two professionals in the field, and provide the chance for you to ask all your burning questions.

Alison Brogan, Cyber Resilience Co-ordinator at Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO), brings over 15 years of experience in cyber security. Her roles have spanned operational, managerial, and consultancy positions across various areas of security operations. Alison's dedication to improving cyber resilience in Scotland led her to SCVO, where she coordinates the implementation of the Scottish Government’s Third Sector Cyber Resilience Action Plan, supporting the sector in becoming more cyber resilient.

Joining her is Chris Oladogba, Global Senior Manager of Information Technology at Centre for Public Impact (CPI). Chris has a wealth of experience in helping organisations embrace digital to drive growth and engagement. He ensures the smooth operation of CPI's technology use with a passion for the importance of cyber security when running a global charity.
