- Overview
Join us for DigiShift 83, hosted by Ross McCulloch (Third Sector Lab) and John Fitzgerald (SCVO), where we'll be joined by experts from the Charity Change Collective to break down the fundamentals of digital transformation for charities. Eleanor Gibson will kick off by exploring why charities should embrace experimentation. Branislava Milosevic will follow, sharing insights on adopting a digital transformation mindset. Finally, Carmen Barlow will highlight common pitfalls in 'How to Sabotage your Charity,'.
This is a great opportunity to help you transform your digital strategy and enhance your charity's impact.
Eleanor Gibson, Agile and Innovation Coach for Non-Profits at Tilt: Eleanor will discuss the importance of being more experimental as an organisation and how this approach can lead to significant breakthroughs and sustainable growth. Drawing on real-world examples, she will illustrate how experimentation can uncover innovative solutions and create a culture of continuous improvement within charities. Eleanor has over 15 years of experience in digital transformation within the non-profit sector.
Brani Milosevic, Digital Transformation Consultant at Stratovation Partners: Brani will explore the building blocks of successful digital transformation, focusing on the mindset needed and the importance of audience-centric approaches. She will highlight how understanding and prioritising your audience’s needs can drive more effective engagement and support, and how this mindset shift is crucial for digital success. With over a decade of experience, Branislava has helped numerous charities enhance their digital capabilities.
Carmen Barlow, Digital Strategy and Transformation Consultant: Carmen will address 'How to Sabotage your Charity,' revealing common ways organisations undermine their success and how to implement positive changes to avoid these traps. She will provide a deep dive into specific behaviours and mindsets that can hinder progress, and offer practical strategies to foster a more resilient and forward-thinking organisational culture. Carmen has over 12 years of experience in strategic consulting for non-profits.
