The Covid 19 pandemic has disrupted the business planning landscape for the charity sector. Traditional approaches to business planning have proven ill-equipped to deal with new uncertainties and challenges that may lie ahead. To be successful in the post Covid landscape charities will need faster, simpler and better business planning methods.
