Overview

Times are tough for organisations of all sizes, and it can be difficult to think about how to prioritise services or create new ones at a time of greater financial restriction.

However, digital inclusion doesn't have to be for the chopping block. We want to think about how services can continue to prioritise upskilling and think creatively about service delivery during times of crisis.

This webinar is part of a series of bitesize sessions to help improve your understanding of and capacity for digital inclusion.

Overall aim

The aim of this webinar is to:

  • Discuss and explore how digital inclusion projects can succeed in difficult circumstances
  • Think about the role of effective collaboration
  • Discuss how we can develop practical actions and strategies to promote digital inclusion with limited resources
Description

Join Digital Inclusion Development Officer Jason Railton for a discussion about keeping digital inclusion at the forefront of our services at a time when resources are tight across the board.

Digital is an enabler - it's there to make people's lives easier, as well as improve our service delivery. However, when something like this requires investment, how can we continue to deliver effectively when we're feeling the pinch?

Using examples from the sector and beyond, we'll have a look at how we can promote and prioritise digital inclusion during difficult periods.

Who was the event aimed at?

This webinar is aimed at:

  • Anyone currently delivering digital inclusion projects
  • People and organisations interested in thinking about collaboration and partnership
