Overview

SCVO is focussing on board recruitment and diversity during Trustees' Week 2021. This webinar will explore the benefits of having a diverse board, and the practical ways you can ensure your board has a variety of attitudes, skills and experience to avoid group think and ensure good governance.

Having a diverse and inclusive board is crucial to the success and sustainability of your organisation.
