- Overview
The Scottish Government has launched a consultation to gather views on a wider review of charity regulation with a closing date of 22 July 2024. We are now seeking to gather views on the need for that wider review and what the purpose and parameters of it should be.
- Overall aim
We're encouraging voluntary organisations to take part in the consultation by sharing what matters to you when it comes to charity regulation and what you think could really make a difference.
In this free lunchtime webinar you'll hear from Scottish Government on:
- The need for a review and the purpose of a review
- The parameters for a review – what should it cover and not cover?
- Technical areas for a review
We really do want to hear from you, so please submit your questions and comments in the 'Questions or comments' section of the booking form and we'll address them during the session.
- Who was the event aimed at?
This webinar is aimed at anyone in our sector who would like to input into this consultation to ensure that the regulatory landscape is improved and modernised as a result of a comprehensive review.
