The 2025 Scottish Voluntary Sector Workforce Survey conducted by SCVO, Volunteer Scotland, and Charity Leadership Scotland gathered responses from 1,316 people including over a thousand paid staff and hundreds of volunteers and trustees.

The survey explored workforce experiences across recruitment, retention, wellbeing, inclusion, pay, and career pathways.
