Jack Tan is an artist who was commissioned to write an easy use freelance contract by Fact, a Liverpool based centre for art, film and the creative use of technology.

Company of Wolves are a laboratory theatre company based in Glasgow, and one of the twenty participants of HR for Creatives. Their EDI policy is a great example of the specific objectives that can be included to bring a policy to life.

Conflict resolution in small organisations can become complex very quickly, when often an informal approach can be really effective. The 'ouch and oops' approach allows for open and honest communication between colleagues to address misunderstandings or conflicts.
