Join us for this one-hour event as SCVO Pro Bono Service partners Azets and Gillespie Macandrew look at how to set up a trading subsidiary to generate income for your charity. Tracey Bird, Information Officer, at SCVO will host this webinar and our guest panel will discuss when a charity can trade and when you may need to set up a subsidiary, legal structures, good governance and financial management, and Gift Aid and corporation tax. We will also look at when it may be appropriate to wind up a struggling trading subsidiary.
