- Overview
This good governance webinar will look at good practice in charity evaluation and reporting. We'll share tips on how trustees can support effective evaluation, the role of trustees in reporting and how to use evaluation to benefit your charity.
- Overall aim
To explore the role of trustees in your charity's evaluation and reporting.
- Description
The Trustees Annual Report (TAR) is the narrative side of the annual accounts and should include a summary of what the charity did, what difference it made and what it learned in the past year. So that means as a trustee you need to write a good TAR. As a trustee you can also use evaluation to celebrate, plan and share learning.
This webinar will include a short presentation on good practice from Evaluation Support Scotland and guided conversations so you can share ideas and tips with other trustees.
- Who was the event aimed at?
This session is aimed at trustees, senior staff and all decision makers of charities and voluntary organisations.
