We know collaborative working and team work has many benefits but it can be challenging to do in a hybrid work setting. Good communication and knowing how your role fits into the big picture can go along way but how do you do that?

This session aims to support you to:

• understand what collaboration and team work mean
• create a hybrid collaborative culture 
• create a 'manual of me'
• create a team agreement

This session will focus on methods and tools to collaborate effectively and work well as a team in a hybrid office and will provide an outline on how to improve collaboration and team across your organisation empowering employees to do their best work, creating freedom, autonomy, creativity and innovation.
