Collaboration and team work in the hybrid office

We know collaborative working and team work has many benefits but it can be challenging to do in a hybrid work setting. Good communication and knowing how your role fits into the big picture can go a long way but how do you do that?

This session aims to support you to:

• Understand what collaboration and team work mean
• Create a hybrid collaborative culture 
• Create a 'manual of me'
• Create a team agreement

This session will focus on methods and tools to collaborate effectively and work well as a team in a hybrid office and will provide an outline on how to improve collaboration and team across your organisation empowering employees to do their best work, creating freedom, autonomy, creativity and innovation.
