This session is an introduction to the key principles of working iteratively. It show you how digital can help you make the most of all your resources, ultimately providing the best service you can for the people your organisation serves.

This session will support you to:

- free up time

- enable teams to work faster

- create a ‘data first’ culture, eliminating assumptions

- quickly identify what is working and what is not.
