Part 1 of our 'Creating an intentional hybrid office' series: Everyone has different working styles, but your team needs to come to a consensus in order to work together effectively. As a team, creating guidelines to determine how you will work best together to achieve your team goals has never been more important.

Overall aim

This session aims to set out how your team will work in relation to processes and tools, cultural and values and accountability.

This session will support you to:

  • clarify team expectations
  • understand and harmonize workstyle
  • collaborate and build trust
Description

This session will provide an outline on how to set and create a team agreement, which will significantly increase your teams' communication and clarify what is expected of each other, allowing you to work harmoniously, no matter where your desk is.
