Launched just over two weeks ago the list of people attending our
Digital Scotland Festival and range of conversations is growing daily. Looking through the delegate list and suggested topics I’m just so impressed by the breadth of discussion that’s going to take place and the incredible mix of people who’ll all be under one roof.
I’m really struggling to work out how I’m going to hop in and out of enough conversations to satisfy my hunger to gather information.
Here’s just a small selection of the discussions to choose from:
- Measuring digital participation
- Joining up what’s on offer for digital inclusion - many organisations are doing similar things but not so many are doing it together, does this cause confusion?
- New ways to engage with people who are still digitally excluded
- Use of social media for business and community development
- How people expect to receive information and how it differs depending on age & interests
- How the internet create employment opportunities in remote rural areas
- Maximising online education opportunities for remote and rural areas
There is still space for more delegates and if the conversations above don’t strike a chord with you, book and add your discussion to the programme or
choose from the wider list.
