The Scottish Government has committed to a wider review of charity regulation but it must be thorough and effective.
We want to see the Scottish Government’s commitment to a wider review of charity regulation taken forward ensuring an independent, holistic approach to regulation that avoids gaps and overlaps in accountability, and results in a regulatory landscape that ultimately reflects the reality of what it is to be a charity in the modern day.
