When you submit an enquiry to SCVO - by phone, by email or in person - your enquiry and contact details will be recorded and stored.
How will we use the information?
We will use this data to respond to your enquiry. We will also use it for reporting purposes - to monitor the level and nature of enquiries we receive.
We will not share your information with any third parties unless you ask us to do so or we have asked for your consent in advance.
Your enquiry will be stored for 2 years and then deleted.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information.
