Outcomes framework for Scotland's mental health improvement strategy
The aim of this work is to develop an outcomes framework which identifies the key outcomes for mental health improvement and specifies local activities which could be undertaken to achieve them. The framework is designed to help community planning partners develop the outcomes-focussed approach to planning and performance announced by Scottish Government in the Spending Review (Scottish Budget Spending Review, 2007). It has also been created to support policy makers, planners, evaluators and researchers. The aim of supporting policy development in this way is to help make it more systematic, explicit and targeted.
