We ask that grants and contracts awarded by the UK government, their agencies, and other public bodies,are entirely commissioned to deliver public services on behalf of Local Authorities and Scottish Government,If that change does not come from the UK or Scottish Government, we will need to make those changes with,need plus a wealth of advice and guidance, and is funded entirely by voluntary donations with no Government,We ask that grants and contracts awarded by the UK government, their agencies, and other public bodies
