Overview

SCVO is focussing on board recruitment and diversity during Trustees' Week 2021. This webinar will look at how using digital tools can help your board be more inclusive.

Overall aim

Digital tools can help make our lives easier, and for boards that want to be more inclusive, can enable trustees to contribute from a diverse range of backgrounds. SCVO's Digital team will explore what's available, and how boards can utilise digital tools to ensure better governance.

Description

Join SCVO's Digital team and Ross McCulloch founder Third Sector Lab to explore new ways of thinking to help your board become more inclusive. You will get lots of tips and techniques to use digital tools and change mindsets to help future proof your board and ensure you can attract and retain a diverse mix of trustees.

SCVO will also launch a special offer for Trustees Week 2021 where organisations in Scotland can advertise their board vacancy for free on Goodmoves during November and December. Your trustee vacancy will be seen by over 80,000 people who are actively looking to get involved in the sector.
