The world we live and work in is changing at an ever increasing pace. As we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic both employees and clients will have different expectations and needs to those of 12 months ago, with much going online and remote management becoming the norm. The aim of this online course is for you to:

- gain an enhanced ability to diagnose and improve a team's performance.

- feel less stressed about handling difficult conversations, people and team conflict

- Course objectives
This online course will help you develop your active listening and good questioning techniques, which are key to handling difficult conversations and scenarios and also a great asset in coaching and mentoring. It will share the five steps to having great delivery conversations and how to best manage remote employees and virtual teams. It will discuss the power of having a core purpose, the stages of team development and how to handle day to day team conflict. Finally, it will cover giving and receiving feedback in a way that improves ownership, learning and performance.

This course is for both managers who wish to develop further their management skills or have limited formal training in people management.
