- Overview
Have you noticed that some of your service users struggle with digital skills and are unable to easily use your online services? Would you like to be able to support them but don’t really know where to start?
Digital inclusion is about making sure that people have the opportunity to be online and have the skills to use digital tools. With an estimated 800,000 people in Scotland having no digital skills, it's more important than ever to know how to help the people that need it.
In this introduction to digital inclusion session we will show you why digital inclusion is important and how your organisation can easily build capacity and capability to support your service users to make better use of your online services.
Quotes from previous attendees:
"these sessions are so encouraging and build your confidence"
