Other regulation
We regularly undertake work in a whole host of areas of relevance to the sector's regulatory landscape, including human rights, charity tax, defamation and procurement frameworks.
In recent months, we have engaged with and responded to consultations on HMRC charity tax compliance, a Human Rights Bill for Scotland, and the Heat in Buildings Bill, as we ensure the voluntary sector's voice is heard in a whole range of regulatory areas.
