I’m SCVO’s Research Officer and have a special interest in building the evidence base on the Scottish third sector to help understand the contribution made by third sector organisations. My main focus is on providing insights into the third sector’s activities, finances, workforce and volunteers, and how these are changing over time. Key projects and briefings SCVO State of the Sector annual research briefings, including Research Briefings, Scottish Third Sector Statistics and Sector Forecasts. Financial research – income sources, income growth areas, income types eg Government income; Social Enterprise; Grants; Donations; Assets. Workforce research – numbers of employees, gender, workers with disabilities, work patterns, job satisfaction, eg SCVO Workforce Survey
