This 3rd edition of our popular guide for young people about to leave school or at university (and anyone else) interested in working or volunteering in the voluntary sector includes new sections reflecting what young people told us they want to know most.

Co-produced with young people and young people's organisations including YPI, the guide gives an overview of the types of work and volunteering opportunities available, along with useful information and links:

• a basic overview of the third sector
• what types of job are available
• what third sector staff enjoy about their roles
• volunteering in the third sector, both for personal interest and as a route into work
• contacts and further resources.
