In-house training

There is little doubt training improves staff performance and productivity, but it can get expensive when you want to send multiple people on the same course.  In-house training is a cost-effective alternative to upskill or refresh existing knowledge and skills for a group of staff at the same time.

Benefits of in-house training:

  • tried and tested courses, content and activities
  • adapted to suit your specific needs
  • more affordable, less per head
  • cuts travel and accommodation costs
  • convenient date
  • delivered at your place – or ours!
  • higher staff attendance rate
  • focussed learning on your organisation
  • team building
  • external trainers bring a fresh pair of eyes and new ideas and techniques

Our in-house training service is a flexible, efficient and cost-effective way to get the maximum return on your training and development investment:

  • access to all standard courses
  • standard courses can be tailored to suit
  • liaise with trainer re availability, dates and content
  • delivered to you online (due to Coronavirus)
  • learning materials
  • certificate of achievement
