• Key approaches and themes to cover in a digital strategy, including leadership, culture and skills, investment, strategic use of data and AI, and user-centred development
• There'll be a chance to ask questions and focus on key priorities for your organisation
• The session will cover a range of tools and frameworks to help you develop your strategy

Any National Lottery Community Fund Scotland grant holder looking to develop their first digital strategy or sharpen an existing strategy. No prior technical knowledge is needed.
