How to radically improve your internal communications

This workshop will provide an outline on how to set and create an internal communications etiquette with your team, so that your team can make the most of messaging and collaboration apps and tools, increasing team cohesion, and collaboration and reducing notification overwhelm. 

Following the workshop you will take away:

• principles of good internal communication
• actions and ideas to improve communications within your team
• an understanding of useful features of apps such as Slack and Teams

This workshop is aimed at voluntary sector professionals who are interested in optimising remote and distributed working practices.

We really want to hear your views and so this event will be a Zoom meeting, which allows all participants to see who else is in attendance and lets us interact with everyone in attendance.
