Remote work is here to stay but how we work remotely has to change. This session will support you to embrace the benefits of freedom that come with remote work, while helping your work to be the absolute best.

Overall aim

This session will address some of the misconceptions, and explain how you can use asynchronous work to have a better work experience:

  • increasing staff capacity
  • reducing time wasted in meetings
  • allowing you to get more done uninterrupted
