This is the first session in our brand new managing remote and hybrid workers series. In this session Aaron Slater, SCVO Digital Inclusion manager will share the journey his team has been on to optimise their hybrid working culture. What started as an exercise to improve team wellbeing has evolved into a journey of understanding individual requirements for great work balanced against the need for a cohesive team culture.
