In this, the third and final, session of our brand new managing remote and hybrid workers series, we will delve deeper into topics covered in sessions 1 and 2. We will discuss managing performance and sickness absence, as well as looking at some examples of potential issues and how to manage them arising from a hybrid workplace culture.
