About Youth, Edinburgh About Youth, Edinburgh will deliver a project working with young people aged 16,At the end of each session the young people would then host their very own community meal for members,This project will target to work with 15 young care leavers and vulnerable people with drug and alcohol,The Ridge (Scotland) CIC, East Lothian The Ridge Cafe will offer training for local people facing food,consequences of the welfare reform by training a trustee and two people from the community.
