The second session in our demystifying service design programme.
This session will focus on tips and tools to collaborate effectively in a hybrid office and will provide an outline on how to improve collaboration across your team empowering employees to do their best work, creating freedom, autonomy, creativity and innovation.

This session will support you to;
- understand what collaboration means
- create a collaborative culture
- examples of how we do it at SCVO

These sessions are designed as a series, they can be attended as standalone sessions. The sessions are not recorded to allow them to be safe space where participants can ask and interact with the facilitator throughout the session.
