The first session in our demystifying service design programme.
This session is an introduction to key principles of working iteratively and will support you to begin to increase staff capacity and service resilience, saving time and money to enable you to re-design your service to make the most of all its resources, ultimately providing the best service you can for the people your organisation serves.

This session is designed to support you and your organisation to streamline and increase staff capacity and service resilience.
This session will support you to:
- free up time
- enable teams to work faster
- create a ‘data first’ culture, eliminating assumptions
- quickly identify what is working and what is not.

These sessions are designed as a series, they can be attended as standalone sessions The session are not recorded to allow them to be safe space where participants can ask and interact with the facilitator throughout the session.
