Demystifying Service Design 4: Tools for adopting an innovation mindset

The final session in our demystifying service design programme.

This session will show you how to successfully use tools and methodologies used in the tech world to re-design your service to make the most of all its resources, increasing capacity and providing the best service you can.

This session will support you to;

• make projects more manageable
• highlight blockers, increase team progress and build a stronger team in 15 minutes
• make small yet impactful changes to your service,
• reflect quickly and meaningfully on what works, what doesn’t and what you can do next, creating a culture of constant improvement.  

These sessions are designed as a series, they can be attended as standalone sessions. The sessions are not recorded to allow them to be safe space where participants can ask and interact with the facilitator throughout the session.
