Overview

The third session in our demystifying service design programme. 

This session will provide an outline on how to set and create a team agreement with your team, significantly increasing your teams communication; clarifying what is expected of each other allowing you to work harmoniously, no matter where your desk is. It will set out how your team will work in relation to processes and tools to cultural, values, and accountability.

Overall aim

Following the session you will take away:

·        a template to create your own team communications guide

·        examples of how we do it in SCVO

·        principles of good team communication

Description

These sessions are designed as a series, they can be attended as standalone sessions. The sessions are not recorded to allow them to be safe space where participants can ask and interact with the facilitator throughout the session.
